  • Good software.
  • I'm just taking a few minutes to congratulate the team for such a wonderful product. I have been shopping around for an open source ILS with little success until I got my hands on OpenBiblio. My final product is not for public display just yet but will be in the next few months. My concern was the possibility to easily integrate the components into an existing set of style sheets. I must say OpenBiblio passed this test with flying colors. It was merly a matter of hours before the full set of OPAC interfaces was converted into a fully dynamic website. The relative simplicity of the original interface is its best asset, making easy to identify the pieces and convert them using another style sheet. All this was done with the 0.7.2 version still considered a Beta product, I can't wait to see an official version come out. I read a 1.0 version is being worked on but I prefer working with the official last stable set for support. Keep up the good work.
  • Hi at all! Anyone can tell me where I can get Openbilbio 1.0? I only found 0.72 for dounload.
  • Our small church library needed an online catalog that would make finding library materials easier, faster, more intuitive, and a lot more fun. OpenBiblio 1.0 was perfect. Now our members can search our catalog from anywhere thru OPAC and we can track our inventory. The new beta 1.0 has a nice looks that includes cover photos for a great look. Thanks to Fred and the developers of OpenBiblio 1.0 for their work on this project. The library is at our website Southern Hills Church of Christ in Shreveport LA “Search our library” left navigation menu. You can see a story about our new catalog at the website above.
  • Very good project. I start making Polish translation.
